For goods, products or services ordered through the website miradorlife.com , we work on a no return and no refund policy for all items.

Exception : An exception to the above will be made in the event of a product being received by the individual in a damaged condition, and the same is brought to our notice immediately or within  24 hours, along with supporting evidence of the damaged goods / product. 

If 24 hrs have elapsed since delivery of the product, we will be able to offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the goods / product must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.  A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

Exchanges

We will only exchange items if they have been received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation, (within 24hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send an email to support@15.207.253.145 and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

 

Delivery and Shipping Policy 

All readily available products are dispatched within within 3-4 Working days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Incase of a product is unavailable or needs to be custom manufactured it could take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to dispatch the same. Once the product is dispatched for delivery you will receive notifications. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

An order can be cancelled within a 12 hour period from the time of order being placed. No cancellations will not be accepted beyond the 12 hour period.
